Keeping my own socks from the laundry monster's mouth is difficult, let alone those tiny kid-sized ones! 

To prevent losing socks, keep a garment bag close to your hamper and toss them in. Then zip it up, wash and dry.

It's simple to do and will save you time looking for lost items.

These mesh bags are fantastic because they come in so many different sizes and can be used for many different things!

  3. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the pan, making small pancakes.

  4. Cook on medium/low heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until fully cooked.

  5. Repeat until the batter is used up.

  • Roasted sweet potatoes work best for this recipe. Puree them for a smoother texture.
