Hello, Mommy! Congrats on surviving another week in the parenting jungle. Yes, it's finally Friday! Now for a minute, forget those "interesting" wall scribbles and sticky floors, we've got some mom tips.

Today’s Mommy scoop:

Why splurge on expensive pumping bras?

Turn an old sports bra into a hands-free pumping solution.

Necessity is the mother of invention!

Together with Woom

He learned to pedal in one day

teaching our little one to ride :)

Our little guy has been riding a woom balance bike since he was 18 months old.

For the last two years, bike rides have been his thing with my husband. Laps around the neighborhood.

He's loved it since day one. Watching them ride off still makes me tear up. Every time.

When he turned three, we upgraded him to a pedal bike. He figured out pedaling within a day. All that balancing paid off. A few days later, zooming down the block.

They even make one for babies now, starting at nine months. I can't recommend these bikes enough.

The quiz takes a minute and matches a bike to your kid's age.

“We used to eat out often! I’m a full-time working mom. Last thing I wanna do when I get home is make an elaborate meal. But recently got this amazing cookbook called “Seriously Good Freezer Meals” by Karrie Truman. Quick and easy recipes. You can meal prep and they are all freezer friendly! Just have to preheat the oven and bake. Then dinner is done! It has seriously cut the cost of food each week since we are eating out way less! ”

I love all the great ideas I get from you guys! And for anyone curious, here’s the cookbook Kali mentioned, Seriously Good Freezer Meals - Danielle 😊

Here's a recipe to make veggies disappear.

With a simple, two-ingredient peanut butter dip, you might even catch your little munchkins stealing celery sticks from the fridge. 🙂

📝 Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup natural peanut butter

  2. 5.3 oz vanilla Greek yogurt

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Whip together the natural peanut butter and Greek yogurt.

  2. Ta-da! You've just created an irresistible dip. Serve with celery, apple slices, strawberries, or any other sneaky veggies. Watch your kids munch away!

📌 Note

  • If the dip feels too thick, add a little milk to thin it out.

  • A teaspoon of honey can also sweeten things up, but I believe in its original charm.

Until next time, keep spreading the yummy love.
