Why You'll Love It

📝 Ingredients

  • 600g (1.3 lb) firm white fish fillet

  • 80g (1½ cups) Panko breadcrumbs

  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

  • 1.5 teaspoons lemon zest

  • ½ teaspoon salt (omit for babies/toddlers)

  • 45g (⅓ cup) flour

  • 2 eggs

  • Oil spray for baking or 60ml (¼ cup) olive oil for frying

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F (if baking).

  2. Toast breadcrumbs on a baking tray until golden, then increase oven temperature to 220°C/425°F.

  3. Pat fish dry and cut into strips approximately 1.5cm x 10cm.

  4. Prepare a breading station with flour, whisked eggs, and a mixture of breadcrumbs, lemon zest, parsley, and salt.

  5. Coat each fish strip in flour, dip in egg, then in breadcrumb mixture. Place on a baking tray (if baking) or a plate (if frying).

  6. Bake for 13-15 minutes or fry in batches until crispy and cooked through.

  7. Serve immediately with your favorite dips.

Brighten up your home with a bohemian rattan succulent wall hanging planter.

  1. Fit a large floral foam brick inside a rattan wall basket, using a small foam brick to fill gaps.

  2. Cut and place the small brick on the large brick ends.

  3. Secure the foam with floral wire, both horizontally and vertically.

  4. Insert main large succulents into the foam, followed by tall pieces and string of pearls.

  5. Fill any holes with small succulents to complete the look.
