Featured Response 💬
“I have the habit of staying up late after my son goes to bed. My husband travels frequently for work and my little one doesn’t have a consistent nap/sleep schedule, so that time after he goes to bed is often my only truly free time for myself. I know I need the sleep but it’s so hard to give up that “me time” to decompress at the end of the day.”
I totally get that—sometimes that quiet late-night time feels like the only sliver of the day that’s just yours, even if we’re running on fumes the next morning! -Danielle 😊
