Featured Response😄

“I'm a SAHM and getting out of the house is so hard, but making sure I stay social is one of the ways I've begun taking care of my mental health. I have some friends that I see on a weekly, semi- daily basis because they live in our neighborhood or go to church with us. But for those other friends!- I try to reach out at least once a week to check in and arrange coffee or park visits as much as I can in this crazy stage of life. And all my friends know that the baby is just going to be there and are happy about that!”

Answer

A) True. As children grow, the amount of sleep they need decreases. Toddlers typically require about 11 to 14 hours of sleep, including naps, which is less than what infants need.
