Featured Response😄

“I find it hard to fit in so I find ways to work it into play time with my daughter. I walk 1.5 miles to pick her up from school and we take the walking path home together and look at nature. We play active games outside. Sometimes we do yoga together in the living room with a fun video. My daughter particularly likes things like when I bench press her or do leg lifts with her on my legs.”
