Mom Hack
Seal bath toys before the first bath

Mom Hack
Those little holes in squeeze toys can trap bath water inside, which is where things can get gross fast.
While the toy is clean and completely dry, cover the hole with a small dot of hot glue and let it cool fully before bath time.
This helps keep water from getting inside in the first place.
Already see dark gunk inside? Don’t seal it in. Clean the toy thoroughly first, or toss it if you can’t get the inside clean.

A benefit a lot of moms don't know they have

Most people don't realize their insurance often includes a nutritionist. It's one of the most overlooked parts of a health plan.
And it covers more of life than you'd think.
Pregnancy, postpartum, low energy, tummy troubles, or just wanting to eat better without a big overhaul.
You get matched with someone who works with exactly what you're dealing with.
The visits happen online, so it's from your couch, not another waiting room.
It takes about three minutes to see what your plan includes. You can check here.

“We use a private app that requires an invitation from us to see the photos we share. Our parents and siblings have access. ”
That’s a good idea! I’ve also heard moms mention using a shared Google Photos album, where you can limit it to specific people you choose. Might be worth checking out too. - Danielle 😊

Quick 'n' Yummy Avocado Quesadillas 🥑🌮

healthylittlefoodies
Today, we have an absolute winner recipe from the "I want this for lunch" championship in our home, the Avocado Quesadillas!
These crispy delights will steal your little ones' hearts in no time.
📝 Ingredients
2 large flour tortilla wraps
1 avocado, all mashed up
50g (about ½ cup) grated cheddar cheese (or any melty cheese of your liking)
👩🍳 Instructions
Sprinkle half of that delicious cheese on one tortilla wrap.
Spread the mashed avocado goodness all the way to the edges.
Now, bring on the rest of the cheese, and then cap it off with the second tortilla.
Over medium heat, warm up a large, non-stick frying pan. (Make sure it's large enough for your tortilla!)
Gently lay the quesadilla in the pan and let it get all golden brown for about 2-3 minutes.
With your trusty spatula, flip it carefully and give it another 2-3 minutes to perfect that golden glow on the other side.
Slice and serve right away

📌 Note
Feel free to replace cheddar with any other melty cheese. Tasty, Monterey Jack, Colby, go wild!
If your pan tends to be a bit sticky, a light oil spray might help.
Remember, you can also make this with just one tortilla (see detailed method in the original article below).
And hey, feel free to sneak in some extra veggies or protein if you want to mix it up.
