“After the kids are in bed I like to relax with a book or watch some tv that isn't for kids. However, most of the time I have to do some household chores that didn't get done during the day as well.”
Totally get it—it's like a mini tug-of-war between wanting to unwind and the house whispering, “Hey, remember me?” -Danielle 😊

Instructions 👩🍳
Boil pasta: Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add 1 tbsp salt, and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Steam the veggies: Place corn and asparagus in a steamer pot over boiling water and cook for 2–3 minutes. Or, boil them together for 1–2 minutes if you don’t have a steamer.
Chop: Once cooled, cut the corn off the cob and chop asparagus into bite-sized pieces.
Mix it all up: In a large bowl, combine pasta, veggies, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, and parmesan (if using). Season with salt, pepper, and any fresh herbs you like.
Chill & serve: Let it chill in the fridge until ready to serve—cold is best!
📌 Note
Want to switch it up?
Toss in extras like red onion, bell pepper, or even diced cucumbers.
Make it ahead of time so you’re not scrambling before dinner or your next potluck!
