Featured Response 💬

“After the kids are in bed I like to relax with a book or watch some tv that isn't for kids. However, most of the time I have to do some household chores that didn't get done during the day as well.”

Instructions 👩‍🍳

  1. Boil pasta: Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add 1 tbsp salt, and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Steam the veggies: Place corn and asparagus in a steamer pot over boiling water and cook for 2–3 minutes. Or, boil them together for 1–2 minutes if you don’t have a steamer.

  3. Chop: Once cooled, cut the corn off the cob and chop asparagus into bite-sized pieces.

  4. Mix it all up: In a large bowl, combine pasta, veggies, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, and parmesan (if using). Season with salt, pepper, and any fresh herbs you like.

  5. Chill & serve: Let it chill in the fridge until ready to serve—cold is best!

📌 Note
