I’m just… way more careful about what I put in my body in this season.
In a perfect world, we’d get everything we need from food.
Lots of protein.
Lots of veggies.
Balanced meals.
But real life is real life.
Some days I’m crushing it.
Other days I’m like…“Was that a meal or just snacks I ate standing up?” 😅
So I like having a way to supplement.
My biggest issue with supplements
My biggest hang-up is trust.
