Mom Hack

Poop stains on baby clothes: the struggle is real.

But fear not! With the right technique, you can make those clothes look good as new.

Steps:

  1. Rinse the stain in cool water to remove any chunks.

  2. Mix water and OxiClean powder to create a wet paste.

  3. Rub the paste generously into the stain.

  4. Let the mixture dry until hard and stiff (at least an hour).

  5. Soak the stained clothing in warm water with a scoop of OxiClean and some Clorox 2 for 30 minutes-1 hour.

  6. Run a regular wash cycle.

  7. Double-check the stain before drying the clothes.

Featured Response 💬

“I guess it would depend on what the “adventure” is. My kids are little yet. 9 at the oldest. Ranging all the way from 9 to one in útero. lol. So, we need adventures that are still fun for the big kids while easy enough for the littles.”

- Community Mom

Totally get that—finding something that feels exciting for the bigs but still manageable with littles (and a baby on the way!) is definitely its own kind of adventure. - Danielle 😊

Fall decorating can be so fun, but no one wants to overspend on trendy pieces that won’t last forever.

  1. Pick up small faux pumpkins, gourds, and leaf stems from the dollar store.

  2. Spread them out on a covered surface and coat with spray paint.

  3. Let them dry for a couple of hours (or overnight if you can).

  4. Flip, spray the other side, and repeat for full coverage.

  5. Add a touch of metallic or acrylic paint for a high-end look.

This is such a quick project you can sneak in during nap time!
