📝 Ingredients

• 18 oz canned salmon (boneless, skinless)

• ¼ cup fresh parsley, minced

• 1 tbsp capers, minced

• ½ tsp each of Old Bay seasoning, onion powder, and kosher salt

• ¾ cup panko or coarse breadcrumbs (gluten-free options work too)

• 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

• 2 tbsp mayonnaise

• 1 egg

• 2 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)

• Optional: Tartar or remoulade sauce for serving

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Drain and shred the salmon with a fork in a medium bowl.

2. Mix in parsley, capers, seasonings, panko, mustard, mayo, and egg until well combined.

3. Form into 8 patties, about ½ inch thick. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to firm up.

4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 3-5 minutes on each side, until lightly browned.

5. Serve with tartar or remoulade sauce.
