"Well-behaved women seldom make history."

-Laurel Thatcher Ulrich

Morning, Mama! Another week bites the dust, faster than your kid’s shoe-tying skills.

Today’s Mommy scoop:

  • 🍌 3-ingredient PB banana bars

  • 🦖 Jurassic Park in a jar

Mom Hack

A Simple Beach Play Zone

Mom Hack

Flip a fitted sheet upside down and anchor each corner with beach bags, a cooler, or toys. The raised sides help keep snacks, little hands, and most of the sand apart.

Add a towel for padding, place it in the shade, and toss in a few toys.

When it’s time to leave, shake it all out, haul everything back to the car, and congratulate yourself on your “relaxing” beach day. 😅

Together with Force of Nature

Salt, water, and vinegar

Moms, back away from the bleach.

You can kill germs without the harsh stuff.

Force of Nature is a small countertop device that turns salt, water, and vinegar into a multi-surface cleaner and EPA registered disinfectant. It kills 99.9% of germs when used as directed.

No chemical smell. No fumes. Nothing you have to rinse off a high chair tray before your kid eats off it.

One bottle handles counters, toys, pet areas, and the "how did that get sticky?" moments.

It also replaces the spray, the glass cleaner, and the disinfectant under your sink.

Hair shedding isn't just a postpartum thing

More hair in the brush, on the pillow, in the drain.

Postpartum is one reason. Stress, sleep, hormones, and even thyroid changes can play a role too. For some moms it starts right away. For others, it shows up much later.

Nutrafol makes different formulas for different stages, including one for postpartum and breastfeeding.

Their short quiz asks what’s going on and points you to the formula that fits.
