Air Fryer Method

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F.

  2. Slice bananas thinly.

  3. Prepare by mixing lemon juice and oil, then coating the slices.

  4. Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer.

  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  6. Cool and repeat as needed.

  1. Slice bananas thinly.

  3. Arrange slices on dehydrator trays.

  4. Dry at 135°F for 8-12 hours until crispy.
