6 Tips to Feeling Better in Your Post-Baby Body
Ever looked in the mirror after having a baby and thought, "Whoa, who's that?"
This article is for you!
It's got seven awesome ways to help you feel good in your new mom-body.
Wrap It Up, Honey!
Remember those snug baby swaddles? Think of belly wraps as your own postpartum swaddle.
Whether it actually shaves inches off or just offers a 'tummy-hug,' the mental boost alone is worth it.
Kind of like control-top pantyhose, but without the commitment.
Sneaker Power!
Heels? In this economy of sleep-deprivation and constant feedings?
Cute, but no.
Sneakers are your new BFFs. Because even if the most running you’re doing is between the kitchen and the changing table, consider it cardio.
The Dark Side of Chic
Black is your new, very forgiving, friend. It hides stains, baby spit, and yes, a multitude of sins—just ask fashion icon Rachel Zoe.
You can feel runway-ready even when your most avid audience is your drooling newborn.
Mirror, Mirror, in the Kitchen
Think makeup is a thing of the past? Think again.
A little lip gloss and mascara can go a long way in lifting your spirits.
Store your beauty basics in the kitchen drawer, right next to those takeout menus you're totally not using.
Forgive, Don't Fret
Feeling like your sexy is MIA? Dr. Kat Van Kirk says you're not alone.
The best remedy?
Forgive yourself for your new, perhaps less-than-enticing, emotions.
Sometimes your biggest critic is you, and trust me, your hubby isn’t scoring you.
Massage Away the Mom-Guilt
Yes, you can—and should—step away from the baby for a little me-time.
Take up your mother-in-law on babysitting and go get that massage.
An hour of pampering can revitalize you for a whole week of peekaboo marathons.
Wrap-Up
So, lovely moms, let's chuck the notion that 'bouncing back' is only about waistlines and embrace feeling good, one belly wrap at a time.
Because the real bounce-back is reclaiming your spirit, one post-baby laugh and mascara swipe at a time.

Red White and Blue Healthy Popsicles 🍓🫐
superhealthykids
Looking for a fun, nutritious, and colorful way to bring the family together?
Meet the 3-ingredient Red, White, and Blue Popsicles.
Ingredients 📝
3 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1 1/2 cups strawberries (sliced or chopped)
1 cup blueberries
superhealthykids
Instructions 👩🍳
Give your strawberries and blueberries a good rinse, and pat them dry.
Slice those strawberries for a "we've got whole fruits in here!" look, or chop them for a cool layered effect.
Now, if you're going for the layered look, spoon some chopped strawberries into the bottom of each popsicle mold. Next, add yogurt, then blueberries, and repeat until full.
For a whole fruit look, fill the mold about 1/4 of the way with yogurt. Arrange strawberries and blueberries in the mold with a popsicle stick, then add more yogurt and berries until it's full.
Insert popsicle sticks into each mold. (Resist the urge to stage a mini sword fight. 😉)
Finally, freeze until solid. This will take about 6 hours or about the length of 3 'Frozen' movie repeats. ❄️

Note📌
If you're using plain Greek yogurt, you can mix in a little maple syrup to sweeten up the popsicles. If you're using vanilla, no sweetener is needed.
So there you have it, mama! An easy, fun, and healthy treat for your little ones (and yourself!).
Enjoy, and remember, the popsicles might freeze, but the memories will melt your heart. 💕
