📝 Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 8 oz Monterey jack cheese, shredded

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 10 jalapenos, sliced in half lengthwise & seeds removed

  • 12 oz Pillsbury crescent rolls

  • 1 egg (for egg wash, mixed with 1 Tbsp water)

  • 40 small candy eyeballs (or sliced olives)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F and prepare baking tray.

  2. Mix cream cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and seasonings.

  3. Fill jalapeno halves with cheese mixture.

  4. Prepare crescent roll dough and cut into strips.

  5. Wrap jalapenos with dough strips, ensuring space for eyes.

  6. Brush with egg wash and bake for 12 minutes.

  7. Add candy eyeballs immediately after baking. Serve warm.
