Pumpkin Cheese Ball 🎃🧀

Source: cheeseknees

Fall is in the air and what better way to embrace it than with a delightful pumpkin-shaped cheese ball?

Not only is it cute as a button, but it's also packed with flavors that’ll have your little ones and guests coming back for more.

Plus, it's the ideal treat to whip up for Halloween parties. Let's dive in!

📝 Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley (minced)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1 cup toasted pecan pieces

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Blend the softened cream cheese until it’s velvety. Add in the cheddar, parsley, garlic powder, and salt, giving it a gentle mix.

  2. Mold the cheese mix into a ball, wrapping it snugly with plastic wrap.

  3. To get those signature pumpkin grooves, tie the cheese ball gently with some kitchen twine or even rubber bands, ensuring they're spaced about an inch apart.

  4. Let it chill in the fridge, letting those flavors meld for at least 4 hours (or even overnight if you're prepping ahead).

  5. When it's go-time, blitz the pecan pieces in a processor until they're finely ground. Unwrap your cheese ball and gently roll it in the pecan goodness.

  6. Top it off with a bell pepper stem for that perfect pumpkin look and serve it up with your favorite crackers or veggies. Enjoy!
