Featured Response 💬
“It's hard to answer this one. I feel like I am way more active than I was before I had my daughter. I see "exercises" as intentionally carved out time to work out. That doesn't really happen any more - like ever. Who has the time with a toddler? But I see what I do throughout the day as exercise. Chasing my toddler around. The many ups and downs and all arounds as we play interactive songs. The crawling on the floor. The dancing silliness. The walks with her. Is that exercise or is that life now? I don't really know!”
I totally get it! All that toddler-chasing, dancing, and playtime definitely counts as exercise in my book—it's a full-body workout and a half! - Danielle 😊 💪
